Event Schedule 2010

Friday 11/12 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Race packet pick up at Shore Runner in Pier Village.

Saturday 11/13
o 7:30 – 8:45 AM Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup at Shore Runner
o 7:30 AM Chip Pickup (race day only)
o 9:00 AM Race Starts (in front of Turning Point Restaurant Pier Village.
o 10:00 AM Post Race Party Starts. Right next to the finish line!
o 10:30 AM Awards will be given away at the PRP (approximate time)

You will also have FREE parking in the Pier Village parking garage (entrance near Turning Point) until 11 am.  If you stay, normal parking rates are only $5.00 per day.
 
The port-a-potties are located just beyond the start line, near Turning Point, along Ocean Ave.

Awards

To put it mildly, we love awards. This means that there will many of them! A finisher medal will be given to every woman who finishes the race. Grand Prize drawing for a beach cruiser courtesy of The Peddler Bike Shop will take place at the award ceremony, so be sure to stay around for your chance to win!

o Awards will go to the overall first finisher, as well as first grandmother, executive, business owner, policewoman, firewoman, and woman who has served in our military. If we get really creative we might add a few more special categories, just for kicks.

o Awards to first, second, and third place winners in each of the following age groups: (14 and under), (15-19), (20-24), (25-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-54), (55-59), (60-64),(65 and over).
