Course Description (UPDATED 10/28)

First thing to mention, over 80% of the course has a view of the ocean and it is darn nice to look at. Second, this is a FLAT course. We do not mean flat like someone from Colorado means flat, we mean sea level flat. A pancake has more elevation.

New simpler course. We will still start and end on the great lawn in Long Branch. That is right between Ocean Place (the big hotel) and Rooney's Crab House.

Go to map my run if you want to give the course a try, or follow these directions:
o Start heading north (that means the ocean is on your right as you run). Stay on the right at all times.
o At the north end of the prominade turn left and hug Seven Presidents Park. At the north end of the park you will turn around when you reach the skateboard park.
o Turn left around a cone and head back the same way and continue until you come to Pier Village. Wave at your fans a as you pass by them in the start/finish area.
o At Pier Village stay to the right on the boardwalk and head up on the road to the side of the boardwalk.
o Run along the boardwalk until just before Howland Ave and turn left around a cone to head back north on the boardwalk.
o In Pier Village you will staying to the right side of the boardwalk.
o Pass by Pier Village and wave to your fans and continue to the promenade and the finish line.
o Have some tasty treats and a cool beverage and get ready to go to the party!
